Trauma can cause deep rooted impacts to your overall psyche. We will safely and cautiously cascade through the pain and turmoil of a traumatic event(s) to help you heal.

Online Therapy

In these unprecedented times, we know how important it is to have an open line of communication in many different forms. Our clinicians are available to you through safe and secure video conferencing, giving you the option of maintaining your mental well-being from a distance you’re comfortable with.

Life Transition Therapy

Whether you are graduating, new to the work force, new to the country, moving forward with life milestones, moving to a new area, or want to improve any other current life situation, these are all considered life transitions.
